Here are a few of the forms required by the BSA to join any scout troop. Please take a moment to download, read, and fill them out. You will need to submit them to the Scout Master when you attend your first meeting.

All adults who wish to be a uninformed leader or teach a merit badge need to also fill out applications see below for those specific forms.
Youth_Application - To have your child join a troop as a scout
BSA-Adult-Application - To be an adult leader in a unit
BSA_Transfer – To transfer from one unit to another
MBC Form_NCAC – To teach a merit badge to scouts
